Second to be restored, The Living room

The living room was originally two rooms, a living room and a bedroom. Both rectangular but the removal of the dividing wall and insertion of an oak beam made it much more comfortable. Not one wall was level with another, the floor had a hump,. Not the only one... but persistant filling levelling and painting sorted out the walls,. the only thing I am not happy with is the floor,. but too late to take it all up again now,. it's not particularly level in some places but it will do,. after all it will be covered in rugs...

![]() ![]() ![]() The walls have their lower panneling on and some curtains are up. Needless to say Jackie will make amendments... |
Below Jackie has changed the curtains and some more furniture makes it a lot more comfy,..
In all honesty we love it,. it's comfortable, relaxing and when the sun shines through the
Voiles the glow is fantastic.
